For mild to moderate acne.

Benzaknen 5 % Gel contains 5 % benzoyl peroxide, a well-known active ingredient that targets acne at its source by reducing excess oil (sebum) and controlling bacterial growth. Ideal for adolescents (12 years and older) and adults, it is applied to clean, dry skin one to two times daily and is particularly effective when used consistently for 4–12 weeks. Please note: as with all medicated treatments, some temporary skin irritation (dryness, redness or slight burning) may occur, and you should avoid contact with eyes, lips or irritated skin.

Important: Benzaknen 5 % Gel is a pharmacy-only medicine and should be used under the guidance of your dermatologist or pharmacist. Avoid excessive UV-exposure during treatment, and always read the patient leaflet carefully.
